The Book of Ruth is filled with tragedy, hopelessness, friendship, beauty, love, and the supernatural work of God in the ordinary everyday things of life.
In a year like 2020, and a place like Beirut, the reminder of God's faithfulness to accomplish his purposes through good and bad times will be medicine for our souls.
